FAQ

Why is there a 3-month commitment required for membership?

There is a 3-month commitment to enroll for ALL membership plans – this is to ensure you finish with a program that is fully working for you.

Can I pause my membership?

You may pause or stop your membership any time after the first 3 months. If you pause your membership, you will have access to the Facebook Group while on pause but will not have access to the other benefits (appointments, check-ins, text and email Q&A, etc.) until you resume your membership. To pause or resume please send an email request 7 days prior to the payment due date. A return email will confirm the request has been received. If “Paused” for 3 months or more, a $50 Re-enrollment Fee will be charged to cover a longer 75 Minute appointment to update all medical information to ensure safe individualized consulting and advice. This fee will be on top of the monthly $79 fee.

What happens if you as the practitioner needs/wants to take time off?

If I as a practitioner need to take a month off for any reason- the membership fee will be paused and no charges will apply- nor will this count against any re-enrollment fee time limit. This will be clearly communicated to all members prior to this taking effect. Otherwise, all appointments will be scheduled around personal leave time/vacations. Any alterations to Q&A availability will be published in the Monthly Member Email ahead of time.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my monthly appointment and choose not to reschedule?

There are no refunds for unused appointments or membership benefits.

Is there a discount offered for multiple family members in one household?

There is no discount for the first enrollment month because of the amount of time it takes to do the initial consultation and set up the individualized plan. The first month for any new client will cost $199. That will include the second appointment to go over the plan together. On average I spend nearly 3 hours between those first 2 appointments with my clients, and an equal amount of time on my own putting together their plan. I do not use cookie cutter plans or one-size-fits-all.

However, for following months I am happy to offer the following discounts for family members within the same household-

$145 a month for two. (Two 45-minute sessions – one for each person)

$215 a month for three, or for 2 adults and up to 3 children under 13 years old.*  (Three 45-minute sessions – one for each person, or one for each adult and one 45-minute session split up for your younger children).

*The reason for the age cutoff for children is because I have found that teenagers respond better to being directly involved in their care and sessions which requires more time.
